Re: Rapture
Hmmm, dunno. It sounds a bit too heavy metal for me. Could be worse tho'.

I think that subject was misunderstood by some people ! What they said was that so far they had only a few songs made, the rest were just instrumentals waiting for lyrics, and that on this album the songs will have more instrumental parts, but it will be a normal album with vocals !

Stop press:
The new Deep Purple studio album is out in October, titled "Rapture Of The Deep",
"Rapture of the Deep"
Starring Jacqueline Bisset in a recurring role in this sequel to the 70's film "The Deep". At least Don Airey probably still has his Jaws theme sampled into his keys.

Re: Rapture
"Rapture of the Deep", eh? As a first impression, it does sound kinda 'new agey' to me...like the title of a tape people who suffer imsomnia listen to ...let's hope I'm 100% wrong onthat score!

Re: Rapture
Best title Deep Purple has had in quite awhile. As long as they don't end up doing a 13 and a half minute song about an underwater monster.
