I'm so glad I bought it again! I don't know if my ears are playing tricks on me, but when I heard what the Japanese did with the re-remastering, it's really worth it, it's on a higher level. emoticon

Your ears aren't playing tricks on you, it's not even remastered, don't know how you conclude that?
If you listen to the original Japanese version, you will hear the same fine quality sound, and if you have any other Japanese cd's, that you happen to have another copy of, from another teritory, compare them, you will see that it's just good old fashioned integrity...they just sound so much better, it's stunning....and there is no way it can be argued, once you compare Japanese pressings to anything else.
This is a fact, when it comes to Deep Purple recordings.

Interesting. How would you discribe the difference? And where do I get the japanese cds?

Just put in an order for this. Very very nice tracklisting, comprehensive packaging! At least Edel has some good marketing sense, I can start to begin to see why they went with them after this.

Does anybody know if the tour edition will be in UK retailers tomorrow? We know how much trouble we had with the original release!
