Rapture tour edition
Just heard on Planetrock tonight that the special tour edition of the album
will include four live tracks.
No mention of what they are, where they have been recorded, or indeed whether the
basic track list will be the 10,11 or twelve track one, with live songs added
or a shorter version of the original(s).
Still not long to wait to find out.

There was a press release circulating last week that the tour edition has the 10 regular songs and 4 live tracks (ROTD, Wrong Man, HS, SOTW). But according to Edel the tour edition will have more live songs (probably 7) and will be a double CD. At least that's the info that Andree Schneider from The German fanclub Aviator got on Monday.
And it rather will be an after-tour edition with a planned release on the 24th of february...

I hope it will have more live tracks on it... I mean, i just bought the original release, and now I have to pay for another one... I would prefer a DVD from the tour. We didn't get one last time, but I would really love an official video with Don Airey (not to mention it would be the first DVD to a tour I visited ^^)

Yes, that would be a good idea now. And how about Hamish Hamilton behind the cameras? He made U2's two last live dvds. And the upcoming Whitesnake dvd, and a lot of other stuff! All looking really, really good! He may be expencive, but it's worth it

I think that would be a very wise idea,and it would seal a very lucitive deal for them if they used him,as it would guarantee future sales,becuase of the quality that would be a result of using Hammish...
Briliant but expensive idea...and the integrity would be unmatched,compared to their previous DVD outings.
(not all bad,just not all great)
