"Clearly Quite Absurb" would be my choice for a single or video.
The flip side would be "Things I Never Said." I can't believe I still haven't heard this song. 
A CD single would also include "Well Dressed Guitar." I can't believe this hasn't been released yet.

A friend of mine from the radio showed me a promotional single of the title song from ROTD. Paper sleeve, duration 5:56 so I guess it's an album version. He said they were sent this not as a single but only as a promo for the upcoming album and so they're not allowed to play it on the radio ... ?

The only thing prohibited with a promo is sale of the product...if the radio doesn't play it,it's because they simply refuse to...they usually don't receive anything that isn't for the purpose of promoting through airtime...they just can't play everything,so it's habit that they sweep these things under the rug...if the program director doesn't know a song,and the station plays classic rock,it won't get played,due to lack of familiarity.
