Still it was not perfect. DP don´t ask for promotion, although the new songs have some radio quality(not all but a good deal of them) and stay faithful to their sound of the last 10 years while still being experimental. Real promotion(in germany) would mean: - Have in-store posters - Have two or three singles with accopanying videos - Get airplay on MTV and popular radio stations - Perform at those TV Shows: TV Total, Harald Schmidt, Wetten Dass, Top Of The Pops. - Get a gig filmed and aired by Rockpalast. But they won´t do that, so it doesn´t matter if they have a Release Party or not those five points above are the real promotion, but DP won´t sell out in their old days.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Milan Fahrnholz)Wed, 14 Sep 2005 12:36:36 +0000 ROTD release party?https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p153462,from=rss#post153462https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p153462,from=rss#post153462Will there be one just like there was in Berlin when Bananas was released?nondisclosed_email@example.com (mikesmfc)Sun, 11 Sep 2005 12:50:24 +0000
