Re: ROTD Album cover (+info about guest vocalists)
In the Black Sabbath Part 2 DVD, Gillan tells a very funny story about reading the lyrics while on stage. He also mentions that he never uses teleprompters.

Maybe a sugestion for Mr. Gillan, in case he has problems with the new lyrics?
This way, they could also do some of the songs they normally never do
Have you ever seen Queen Live In Budapest? Freddie Mercury sings a hungarian folk song and you can see him looking at his hands where he´s written the lyrics on while he does that.
Nope, never saw that. I accidentally got hold of this DVD from their South Africa gig, and spotted the teleprompters.
And now, when I know they are there...honestly, Mr. Rodgers should have rehearsed a bit more.
Also, you can hear, both here and on the Brixton gig, that he completely forgot lyrics as well as melody. Not professional, condsidering ticket prices.
At least he wasn't like Ian Astbury with the Doors....with big huge pieces of paper on the monitors with lyrics...blowing off the stage and Ian scrambling to tape them down.
John
Would love to see that on DVD someday...Ah well, probably never offical.
Why does a certain Black Sabbath era spring to mind?

But seriously how about this for album artwork it´s already called "Rapture Of The Deep" and if they´d use that it would be fine with me, looks nice.
Looks quite nice, though I would prefer an oldfashioned painted cover this time. While we're speaking of digital pictures: take a look at The Poultry and Light Wave on the same page as ROTD. They look even better! But, as I said can we please have a painted cover this timem it's been a while indeed!

If you want a better place to live in spread the words today
Show the world that love is still alive you must be brave
Or you children of today are Children of the Grave."
