None of the versions mentioned, actually. My favorite is the one that's included on Listen, Learn, Read on, from Mk3 US tour in 74. Best guitar opening that I've ever heard!!
Look again at the list, the version that's on Listen, Learn, Read On is on Perks And Tit.

Re: Favorite live version of "Mistreated"
{BUMP} Just thought I'd bump this to page 1 so it can accompany the latest thread, "Mistreated - Ronnie,David or Glenn".

Re: Favorite live version of "Mistreated"
I gathered that there was no difference between "Live in Europe" and "Live in Germany"...????
Anyhoo, imo, Dio blows COverdale out of the water in his version on Live in Europe/Germany (?). I think that particular vocal is the best rock/metal vocal of all time. Period.
Dio's vibrato and overall breath control never reached those heights again, though he's still the greatest.

Re: Favorite live version of "Mistreated"
At this time Glenn Hughes blows Dio and Coverdale out of the water.
I've seen Glenn 3 times this year and he proved that he delivers the best vocals for this song.

Re: Favorite live version of "Mistreated"
The MIE version has got a great atmostphere and the keyboards are higher in the mix which is not a bad thing.

Re: Favorite live version of "Mistreated"
The Live in Paris version is phenomenal. I love the "picking" on the guitar in the solo section..
But the.. I listened to Live in Cologne and that version isn´t bad .
The end of the song is just fantastic, DIO following the guitar.
Well. It´s tie

Re: Favorite live version of "Mistreated"
It's been over 3 years since I started this poll so I can't remember what versions I voted for, but there is one thing I'm fairly confident of - I voted for at least two versions that had David Coverdale on the vocals. Ronnie Dio did a fine, fine job on almost every version I've ever heard of him singing it - both recorded versions, and ones where I saw Rainbow with Dio as lead vocalist - so I'd be pretty surprised if I didn't toss one of my three votes to a Dio version... anyway, for me, this song was pretty much always Coverdale's baby.(babybabybaby )
