Rescue You to be re-issued on CD
JLT's first solo album from the mid-1980s will soon be available again on CD! Initially put out by Elektra Records, and also available for a short time as a Japanese import, "Rescue You" will be re-issued sometime later this year via Wounded Bird. Wounded Bird is a label dedicated to responding to fan demand for hard-to-find classics. For more info, check out www.woundedbird.com

I wonder if they will add tracks from his unissued follow up 1986 record which are available as a very poor sounding boot for a few years. If not, I'm not getting it, since I paid $40 for my japanese CD which is great sonicaly!

It's been ages since I last listened to this album. When I bought it I was disappointed expecting a more Rainbow kind of offer. Listening to it (and in the light of his Sunstorm albums) it's acutally a brilliant record and I'm enjoing it a lot more than back in the day! (By the way Alan Greenwood was a talented musicians, wathever happened to him?)

I have the Japanese pressing of the cd as well. When I asked Joe if he'd sign it for me, he said "ahhh, so you're the one who bought it?" lol
