To really clear that up. I belive Niko meant that his favourite Bolin song is on Teaser but that he considers Private Eyes as the better album by its overall impression.

Yep, exactly. PE is the best album overall, but Teaser contains The Ultimate Bolin Anthem (TUBA) Homeward Strut. It's not the best version of that song on Teaser though.
The best version of the best Bolin song can be found on Snapshot.
