The Akheva board management has changed their terms and conditions, and some default settings have altered to. And on the control panel it does say that it can take up to an hour for new preferences to take effect. Failing that, take Milan's advice and copy/paste the 'unsubscribe' link into the address bar and see if that works. 
Milan - I think I know how you feel. My friends and family get bored by me telling them what a great gig I was at - just another reason why I joined up to this forum....!!
