Hi Milan,
Guess you're right. But noboday moans about Lordys music, whereas Blackers provokes still more than one bad criticism (And I'm not talking about yours about Veldenstein).
Mabye RB should have put out SotM already in 74 ? emoticon
Considering the hammond, I already read in the reviwes about his performance in Hell/Trondheim this year, he put an organ solo in "Gigue", So I thought "well maybe we get some more than "Cologne again".
Not knowing the tour will be postponed til 2005.
I think the St.Wendel and Trondheim reviews give some clues it will be getting better than in Munich 99.
Many Greetings,
Hartmut
PS, of course, I think that PW and BtN I like a lot better tha RBs output.... emoticon

He did play a Hammond solo during "Gigue" - to me this piece was the highlight of the evening - not only because he played hammond, but because the power of all musicians during this performance. dd

Some re:s,
As on the PWTour, Jon Lord has added a keyboardplayer to handle the synthie duties.

Gigue was always the most powerful track on Sarabande (and due to it's driving rhythm and the organ solo the most rocky/purple kinda song - whereas Bourrée is the most popular and Pavane the most secret loved one) so the colour of a piano solo instead (on the PW Tour) gave the track a total different flavour.
But I'm glad he reinstitutes the organ emoticon

And yes, CN would have been about 2 or 3 years old (Shado o da Moooon) in 74, but take one RJD (à la TotK) and there we would have gone (oops, another fantasy).... emoticon
