I recon it's one of these 'unofficial' releases. You know, like the quite vast output by the Jeffries Estate, who are constantly under legal suits by the Hendrix Estate.
I ordered my copy from a local record shop as it was 10€. It even had a different cover than the "better known" release. There is a lot of this going on, e.g. SRV's Daytona 1987 show is now out on several "labels".
You can find the DVD at the German eBay, for example. This one has the "better known" sleeve art (mine has a collage of Monterey '67 photos...), but I think it's the same people behind this so probably the DVD's identical. One example
I do recommend the DVD, though Jimi is on downers / drunk and thus appears tired, has guitar trouble at regular intervals, there are moments of sheer brilliance (e.g. the guitar solo of Spanish Castle Magic).
