This could be by the folks who go by Classic Rock Productions or Classic Rock Legends.
They're responsible for Master From The Vaults DVDs that rip off, ooops, I mean "offer" people the chance to see great videos, but then booger it up so bad it makes you wonder why they bothered.
Search out the threads here on the Deep Purple and Black Sabbath products they released.
If it is from them, my guess is it's just a best-of from all their other titles. And my advice would be to run from it as fast as you can. I tried checking their site (www.classicrockproductions.com) but it was down. (Of course, their site was always out of date anyway.)

The site is down because Dave is changing the software it and bringing it up to date.
