No, that wasn't a joke. I was just too lazy to copy and paste all of it. I was wondering about Electric Music..., as you figured out.
Aha...now I see the light!
Electric Music was their first album. I think it is considered their best, and it is far superior to their second, and perhaps most famous, I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-To-Die.
Incidentally, rumours are abound (at least in my household) that Country Joe is playing Newcastle this year at some point. Still waiting to confirm that. Will post the UK dates as soon as I find out myself, if anyone else is interested.

Is fixin to die the name of the Nam protest song? The 123 what are we fighting for bit?

Re: Top 10 psych albums!
And the album makes you wish you were 'fixin' to die'. Apt title!
Stick with Electric Music!

Rahul, have you heard Vanilla Fudge's The Beat Goes On? That's what psychedelia SHOULDN'T be!
This is what it should be:

Re: Top 10 psych albums!
Haha...so far I've managed to avoid The Beat Goes On, though my curiosity often gets the better of me in situations like this.
Ive got the debut, and Near The Beginning. Rennaissance is next on my wishlist.
Will probably get The Beat Goes On eventually so I can have the first four albums.
