Re: My very first gig ....
My most precious challenge would have to be,
Salem Armory in Oregon 1972,there is a poster of it
floating around on the net but I can't find it.
If anyone can turn it up that would be very nice.
As for the boot, well it would be on vinyl and this
is no place for auction but if anyone can find a
direct transfer of a tape or cdr please contact me lol.

Re: My very first gig ....
...was Humble Pie in 1974, at the Music Hall in Boston. Don't think I have a prayer of finding a boot of that!
But, my first DP gig was at Great Woods in Mansfield, MA. Aug 8, 1998, and yes, I successfully tracked down a boot for that one. And a very good one it is, titled "Great in the Woods". An exceptional show.

Up at a mountain
Only my own words return
Nobody's up there

Re: My very first gig ....
My very first gig was as late as 20th April 2002 seeing Blackmore's Night in Helsinki. I haven't been active concert-goer.
It'll change now. I've seen Dio already this year and there's still Iron Maiden and two Purple gigs ahead in November.
Btw, does anyone have the boot from that BN Helsinki gig?
