I voted for a new album instead livce one or DVD, than they can released the live stuff. BUT if DC release a another crap LA rock album, I dont want at all.

I'd like DC visits Europe (and France) in 2004 as I have never seen him on stage, but I'm not one of his 90's fan

I suppose it's worthwhile hearing DC but what about the backing band ?

If you think about them as a backing band then you won't be disappointed, it really is all about David, the rest are competent yet unimpressive musicians (bar Tommy Aldridge), at least within the Whitesnake framework.

I really Hope David comes around this year, I can't believe I missed him last year!!

I don't know most of the band, but Aldridge is a bloody good drummer (probably the 3rd best DC has worked with after Paice & Powell). I also really like Doug Aldrich as a guitarist, I thought he was really good in Dio.

Didn't think much of him when I saw him in Newcastle with Snake but I was really impressed when I recently got the Dio Evil Or Divine DVD, his playing there is sublime, perhaps Ronnie's material and band is more suitable for him than the bluesier Whitesnake stuff...

Really? That's a shame, I haven't seen him with Snake (yet!!). I got Evil or Divine for Xmas and I thought he was great on it too!
