Not bad...nondisclosed_email@example.com (Durple)Thu, 16 Jun 2005 09:51:49 +0000 Re: Progress with the New Album: direct from the Ironing Board!https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51554,from=rss#post51554https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51554,from=rss#post51554In the end the title Bananas did just what it should. REALLY. its about shuting your mind down so you can hear yourself. if that makes sense , it works for me anyway.nondisclosed_email@example.com (ritchies string)Wed, 15 Jun 2005 07:07:54 +0000 Re: Progress with the New Album: direct from the Ironing Board!https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51551,from=rss#post51551https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51551,from=rss#post51551Hope they give the album a decent title this time, 'Bananas' was an embarrassment. --- These are my principles, if you don't like them I have others.nondisclosed_email@example.com (englishbrain)Wed, 15 Jun 2005 00:17:44 +0000 Re: Progress with the New Album: direct from the Ironing Board!https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51550,from=rss#post51550https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51550,from=rss#post51550Huh, legend heard hundreds of times before. I wonder why the heck they didn't write any studio reports while making the album??? There always used to be something during recording the last three CDs, so what went wrong this time?nondisclosed_email@example.com (Paicesetter)Tue, 14 Jun 2005 20:43:35 +0000 Re: Progress with the New Album: direct from the Ironing Board!https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51549,from=rss#post51549https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p51549,from=rss#post51549quote:"It's actually called socks 'n' drugs 'n' roll", quips the 60-year-old vocalist. Well, there are just moments. What can I or anyone else say? From Interview with Ian Gillan in Scene Magazine: quote:"I like ironing because it's one of the most therapeutic and no-brainer things you can do when you're trying to write lyrics. I'm listening to some backing tracks that the guys have put down and just trying to collect some ideas and phrasing."
