Still Good to Be Bad
Welp, another re-issue and boxed set with vinyl. This of Good to Be Bad.
Not my favorite Whitesnake project, however I will give DC credit for wanting to cram as much content into these things as possible. It "feels" like a recent project but it was 15 years ago which boggles the mind. I doubt I'll buy it but it's more product. We are coming up on the 30th anniversary of Coverdale Page and I'm surprised there has been no movement on a package like that which I'm sure would shift more units.
More notable is DC's change of appearance. Very slim. Short and grey(ish) hair. The most notable thing right now is Coverdale accepting his age. The "unboxing" video is below.

Yes, the DC's new look. It suits him well. Together with the Cary Grant glasses

Re: Still Good to Be Bad
I never liked the album but the box set has plenty in it if it's your sort of thing.

Re: Still Good to Be Bad
I'm not particularly interested in the box-set But I liked the album and was very exited when it came out. It would had been a hit in e.g. 1991, I think.

Re: Still Good to Be Bad
Listening to it now - I actually like it. Some decent tracks on there. Bit of a 80’s/90’s feel to it. DC’s voice in decent shape.
On the Coverdale Page front -
DC recently said it’s unlikely for a while.

Re: Still Good to Be Bad
Apart from curating the Led Zeppelin archive (and dare I say it giving DC the idea of releasing his evolutions type CD's which don't do it for me or constantly tweaking old release's) Jimmy Page hasn't done much. Studio albums - Two Firm albums, One with Roy Harper, One with DC, One with Plant and a coupe of sound tracks. & albums in 43 years. Ritchie's done at least 20 in that time.
So what does he do with his time? Sounds to me like he has no interest in doing the revamp of CP. Probably wants one last go with Plant and deosn't want to p*ss him off
