It's Springsteen. $35 million is pretty good, considering the size of Coverdale's catalog compared to his. My question is, do all of the others who played and toured with Cov get a cut also? Or do they just still get royalties? What about the DP stuff that is included in the deal? I didn't see that addressed in the article.

recordings from Coverdale’s career as a solo artist and as the frontman of Whitesnake;
master royalty participation from recordings during his tenure in Deep Purple;
music publishing assets and long-term administration rights for his neighbouring rights income.

Good for DC!! A way to build some generational wealth for his family. Don't royalties stop at 75 years until it becomes public domain? I would do the same thing if I was approaching 60 years since my first songs were published. Would not be surprised that other DP members follow suit in the coming years
