I can hear why it was left off.
I must disagree with Ian (Paice) who thought the song was worthy of inclusion.

The good news is according to Gillan (in an interview I read somewhere), there's a possibility of "Turning To Crime Volume 2", I would love that, but I wish for them to cover classic hard rock and heavy metal bands like...
Foghat, Savoy Brown, the Rolling Stones, the Who, the Kinks, Mountain, UFO, MSG, etcetera.
