Hard Rock 2005 is indeed the full set.
Regarding Montreux, it's 2008 and not 2007. It was however close to 40°, and Gillan's voice was not that good. We however witnessed the first full version of WTN with Guitar since 1971! I think only the section CL-SIFLS-WTN-WDG was broadcast on TV...
The Zurich private gigwas also release by the guy who organised the concert...
There's also a good pro shot of the St Petersburg 2002 gig, of the first tour with Don, where they played CIT (with Gillan in much finer voice than on the British tour). Not sure there were that many cameras, but at least a few I'd say.
didn't know about St.Petersburg!
would be nice for the final tour feat. Child in Time, if nothing else

I checked out CIT from the St.Petersburg show. Gillan sounds pretty good here. He fades a bit when he tries to hit those more powerful notes, but it's clean and the screams are nice, not like he's hacking out a lung. Too bad that it can't be that way these days. At least there is something out there where he sounds good instead of being all rough and harsh. More of this and less of the Paris-type shows would be nice.

Re: Unreleased Live Videos
Just been watching the Gillan DVD "highway star - a journey in rock" and both St Petersberg & Moscow from 2002 are shown in part and are professionally recorded as well as bits from the subsequent UK tour. So they must exist somewhere

Footage on Journey In Rock is from 2004, not 2002.

Funny you should say that, I also watched the documentary the other day. (first time in years) Took the time to make my way through all the extras too
(brilliant package and value for money!)
Loads of great footage there, and while the gigs featured on the extra disc (Russia x 2 and UK x 2) have songs from both the start and the end of the show - even if the entire gigs were recorded, the camera coverage is not that extensive. The sound is not that great either.
For a documentary it works, but for a stand alone concert release? Not so sure...a lot of mixing would be needed

Ah! schoolboy error on my part. Still the band sound great and IG is in good voice. Wouldn't mind that set officially released.
