Birth Control: any love here?
In 2020 I discovered a lot of interesting bands, for example Birth Control from Germany. I assume, they should be quite popular between seasoned German rockers but in Italy I only saw their name mentioned every now and then, nothing more. And yet, they are absolutely great: they have a very long and varied discography, starting as a psych/hard rock band, I'd say very close to Purple Mk1, Atomic Rooster, etc. Then they moved away a little bit towards prog, Gentle Giant, Yes, etc. but still producing outstanding material. Then in the 90's they returned to straight purple influenced hard rock. Great band. Any fans here?

Yes, I'd say that albums like "Hoodoo man" or "Rebirth" should be enjoyed by a lot of Purple fans. They're still around, by the way, with one (or none?) of the original members.

Re: Birth Control: any love here?
In the beginning the band toured Lebanon. One band member stayed there cause he married a local !@#$ there. :-) This is told on a youtube docu.
