Seems the official WS site has now said DC will be performing at Brooklyn, wow.....if we assume Glenn will attend. Paice perhaps too, you’re getting close to a mk3 reunion, who would play guitar though? Surely not etc?! ....keyboards likewise, who could fill in. Wakeman, Emerson?

In my opinion the official WS page only says that David Coverdale is inducted with Deep Purple and that you can watch that live if you buy one of the packages offered in the link.

Paice said in Classic Rock that he often plays MK III material with tribute bands and that he's very comfortable with it... emoticon

What about Coverdale, Hughes and Paice, plus 2 guests?
Without Ritchie and Ian it would be easier for IP to play without creating diplomatic issues.

That would make sense: Paice already played mkIII material with Hughes and Airey at the Lord gig at the Albert Hall, after all.

Has anyone even asked Steve and Don if they gaf? There's no ego w/either of them so while what Gillan is doing is "noble" it could also just be an excuse to not potentially share a stage with RB.

Idk, if Ritchie's finger is healed up in time for it and should he choose to go, he should just get up there with DC, GH and IP.

Got my ticket!! Looking forward to see Rod and Ritchie show up!!! The fact that RB hasn't poo-pooed yet may mean they are working on something!!!

Would be great for Rod to show up as well as Nick!!

Think you pretty much nailed it. SM and DA could give a rats ass either way - those guys are devoid of ego...and are great friggin players!!!!

I really think its Ian G shooting off. RG has been quiet on the subject as well. Ian P, is fine playing with anyone.
