Re: Graz

The last 3 MKIII were recorded and so far we've gotten 4 albums from them: MIE, MKIII The Final Concerts, Live in Paris and now Live in Graz. Wouldn't it have been easier and cheaper to just release the 3 full shows?

Re: Graz

Cheaper for us, not for them ! for them it's just more money-making !

And I find Graz better than Paris. Paris starts very strongly, but end very poorly...

Good news from facebook page Deep Purple (1968 - 1976)

Deep Purple (Overseas) in conjunction with UMG is currently remixing the brilliant 'Made In Europe' which was taken from Saarbrucken in April 1975. Ritchie's final shows…..
Universal will be releasing a superb box set with the complete shows and a new documentary based on the period.
IT ROCKS and it's due early 2015!

Re: Graz

I believe some of the songs from Saarbrucken had bits and pieces from either Paris or Graz edited in but I am not 100% sure. I hope we get the entire Saarbrucken show.

Re: Graz

I wonder if they will suddenly find the entire Graz show for this release?

Who knows. In fact, the way that text has it, they already have found them. How else can they say they will release them as complete shows?

We'll see how it turns out.
