Even the phrasing on the lyrics can be made to fit.
If you have seen the full album I hope that they credit RB with this one?
If he was to take them to court could she use the normal defence of having never heard the original? I think not, even talentless bibmo's from the Latin quarters must have heard the original at some time in their lives.

I just heard it on the radio, and then I googled her name. I haven't seen the album itself.
First I thought it was Senor Coconuts, but suddenly there was someone singing in Brazilian/Portuguese.
The "rip-off" aspect aside, it's a nice little tune.
