I've added to it. Hope he takes it in jest.

Just the thought of Joe Lynn Squealer singing in Purple makes me want to bite into a Rabid Bat.

Re: now watching DP live in 1991....
it's the one from the chezk (or whatever spelling
I think it's very good. it's the first time I've hard live material from this line-up. I thought it would be awfull considering how ppl talk about JLT. but he's a damn good singer. like it or not. sure - he is more animated on stage than Ian / david. but that's his way of performing. and I like it. I'd rather see someone who resembles Freddie Mercury more than gallagher from oasis (always mix up the first names there )
not saying that JLT comes close to Freddie Merury though. FM was the best frontman rock has ever seen, and will see. RIP

JLS wanted to change it substantially. He wanted to add Pictures Of Home and some of the more obscure DP back catalogue. I guess there wasn't enough time in a concert. They still had to play PS,HS,SOTW,Lazy. They did add a little Hush. Combine with the "have to plays" with the new songs (which they played quite a bit of) and you're out of time. We can be thankful they didn't do CIT though.
Hi Brian,
Actually they did do the first verse of Child in Time with some of the screams.

I got mine on eBay. I saw another one there earlier today.
