Sometimes the order of the sons can make a difference. If HOBL had opened with Spanish Archer followed by Bad Attitude that would have ben a good one-two punch. Strangeways(the full version) should have closed the album.

Mitzee Dupree should never have seen the light of day, sounds like the scrapings of some vague jam with cringe worthy singing on top. Mad Dog, not much better.

I agree with Mitzi Dupree. Gillan sounded pretty harsh, to say the least. I like Mad Dog. It rocks out, especially at the end. Like Dead Or Alive, it just explodes. I always thought the Unwritten Law should have opened the album, but Mad Dog would have been a rocking opener, with DOA as the closer. I don't think that SA or Strangeways would have been decent openers or closers. Rocking out is the best way to open and close an album. In Rock, Fireball, Machine Head and Who Do We Think We Are have this attribute. Great stuff.
