Still a great band today👌
Just picked up the new album chaos and colour it's superb can't stop listening to it ,just wonderful classic rock 👍😀

Totally agree its a stunning album from start to finish 😀
Love this incarnation of Heep in fact I've enjoyed everything they've done since Bernie and Phil joined .Love Bernies voice and Phil is a superb musician both as a player and writer. He would have been a great shout to replace Jon in DP ,he's hugely underrated IMHO .This current lineup are superb. Russel Gilbrook is a fine drummer Dave Rimmer upholds Heeps tradition of having great bass players and well Mick is just Mick a superb and underrated guitarist who still has the chops 😀

Regarding the keyboardist role, the opposite happened a couple of years ago when Don Airey replaced Lanzon, absent for the funeral of his daughter, for a few shows. The rhythm section they have now is of course fabulous (but, when noone is listening, the old moaning fart I am will reminisce about the excellence of Bolder and Kerslake...how I miss those guys...)

Yeah read that recently about DA stepping in for Phil .
And yes totally agree Bolder and Kerslake were indeed awesome 👍😀
I'm currently going through a Heep phase and running through the whole back catalogue 😀
