This should be a good start towards getting the answers ye seek, 69:

I remember reading an interview some time ago with Gillan (or maybe Glover) where it was stated that "Flight of the Rat" had been rehearsed with Morse, but the general consensus amongst the band was that it sounded too dated(!).

Flight of the Rat was performed a very few times in the early 70's, if my memory serves. But many people on this forum knows more than I do about it.
Into the Fire and Demon's Eye were performed live in 1971 (see New, Live & Rare - volume 2)
I think Living Wreck was also performed live in the '70's. Was it not part of the set list ok MkVII(I)? and from Gillan's set?
No No No was played live in 1971 for the BBC show (Blackmore Rock Profile vol. 1).
Rat Bat Blue was played live by MkII (a few time before being left out from the set - so was Anyone's Daughter) and by MkVII(I).
Of course, there are webpages with all those info. I just tried to provide a "by memory" first clue.

Mary Long was the only WDWTWA track played live by MkII in 1973. Woman From Tokyo was not done until the reunion in 1985 and Rat Bat Blue was played for the first time on the Purpendicular tour.

Re: Have these songs ever been played live?
Can you imagine that? A brand new album and you play only one track off of it live? That's a ringing endorsement from a band if I've ever heard one.
Not playing "Woman From Tokyo" in those bygone days is a bit harder to understand. It's still a popular song on classic rock radio and, imho, is an obvious classic the first time you hear it. Possibly because of the bridge? I dunno.
Frankly, this band's set lists choices throughout nearly every era of the band have baffled me. I'm spoiled by performers I like who have a really fluid set list that can change on a nightly basis.

Reportedly, the neglect of (at that time) the band's latest studio album in their live setlists of the era was more due to the tensions and the breakdown(s) of the interpersonal relationships between the then-current band members...I've often felt that the apparent lack of respect/liking/whatever given "WDWTWA?" by most of MkII is more due to those factors than the actual quality of the musical content itself.

You're certainly not alone in that, DGMW.
