I personally haven't seen any of these, the only similar release I've got is called "Inside Rainbow 1975-97". The most interesting part of it was to see people talking on camera whose articles I have read for years. Also, Doogie is interviewed and tells some funny stories. But anytime you pass a bargain bin in a record store it is filled with releases such as the ones in your collage. Come on now, man! You don't seriously think "they" is Deep Purple, do you? Not one dime goes to them for such criminal output. I can't see "they" being the pirates themselves, so I must be reading right. To each their own, but these days there is plenty enough of the real thing, or even trade material to go around, to where you'd think people would be able to distinct the difference.(the buyer is nothing but a victim, but they're actually contributing to the crime by supporting the pirates, no less) I wouldn't line my truck bed with this garbage. By "they" I meant whoever is putting these out, the 'producers', not the band. My point was that while these releases are hardly too interesting for anyone anymore. Still, the people who make them must earn some money out of them. Producing these can't be a mere hobby for them. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Rezi)Tue, 25 Sep 2007 05:43:41 +0000 Re: Anyone actually buying these DVDs?https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p405239,from=rss#post405239https://bdeeppurplefanforum.runboard.com/p405239,from=rss#post405239quote:Rezi wrote: They must make a few bobs with these, or otherwise we wouldn't see them on sale!
