from memory, I think JL said something in his documentary that the flu went around the whole band, and IG had to give in too, and cancel the rest of the tour. I think the video footage during this segment is from London.
Could be a coincidence, but...

Odd because earMusic hasn't posted anything. Amazon has it as out of stock but no ability to pre-order.

You can listen to some of these recordings on YouTube. Highway Star from Wollongong is nice musically. It kind of delves into MKIV vocally, with Barnes and IG going at it. I've never been a Barnes fan and thankfully, he is only on a couple of tunes, from what I can tell. I listened to WABMC from Melbourne on the same tour. It is fine until the end. I wish that IG would just end it like the studio version instead of that goofy emoting that he's been doing since MKMorse began. Either way, the sound is pretty good and IG seems to be in decent form, all things considered. emoticon

Too bad it's that date for the 2002 tour, it was the last before the tour was cancelled for illness, from IG and others, so I believe he's not in such a fine vocal form on that one. Earlier on that tour they were playing Child in Time. It came back the next tour in Russia with Don, and then vanished forever !

London 2002 may be a historical moment, but this show should not be officially released. IG really had the flu and could hardly speak. After they had to cancel the rest of the tour.

Like Live Encounters (Katowice 1996) someone should prohibit the release!
