But KTK was always in the set in the Dio years and is such a Rainbow live classic . GOB and TW were never (or rarely) played live.

It just goes to show how difficult it is...it's difficult for DP to get the right balance between classic DP and the current lineup, let alone have to condense classic DP (including MKIII) with all of Rainbow, which had way more iconic songs than current DP has. They would need to play an extra half hour, but is that realistic? Alternatively, in a long tour, they could rotate a few songs, but if you do 3/4 shows overall that is limited. Last year they did a little bit, but just a couple of songs.

Based on the setlist for this show, it doesn't look like he dropped as many (or any) of the Purple songs he said he was...I thought Mistreated (based on the video I've seen) was great.
