Thanks for all the advice people. I think I'll probably buy few of the recommendations. Not so good news for the kids who will have to survive on beans on toast for a few weeks!

Larry, I guess I should read the first post before I read the last post, MY BAD. But how about the IAN GILLAN BAND, Child In Time now there is another classic. Granted, it is not the best overall album but there are a few of the songs on that one that are Incredible.

Child In Time
Clear Air Turbulance
Live At The Budakon
once the rest have been plundered,
The Rockenfield Mixes
as well,if your into this sort of stuff.
However,I find Scarabus to be the better of the 3 IGB studio albums. emoticon

I agree that Scarabus is easily the best of that Era. I like it as much as Magic and better than Double Trouble.
