Glover/Hiseman/Wakeman
On 1972's Dave Cousin's album appear those three musicians...I wonder what that sounds like?
Anyone has heard it?

It gets better for you, Milan! Miller Anderson is also on this record!
And it is available on CD! Not sure what it sounds like though. Another album I've been looking at from afar but haven't made the plunge to get yet!

Re: Glover/Hiseman/Wakeman
Oh, that Dave Cousins! I was trying to remember where I knew the name from
I don't think I've heard anything Wakeman did with The Strawbs but I've always felt he must have wasted in that group. (No offence to The Strawbs, but...)
Oh well. This one will have to go on "the list". Dammit. List too long

Re: Glover/Hiseman/Wakeman
It's available (or will be soon) via the DPAS> They're actually advertising it along with the Burn remaster.

Re: Glover/Hiseman/Wakeman
Reading the list of musicians who played on this album (on Rahuls link) I found the name Tom Allom. Am I wrong or did he produce a bunch of Judas Priest albums?

Re: Glover/Hiseman/Wakeman
Here´s what Jon Hiseman said in an interview about his involement:
quote: As for Dave Cousins, he asked me to go to a studio - the Manor Studio - I turned up with a big drum kit, and there was just him with an acoustic guitar. I started to play with sticks, and it sounded silly, with an acoustic guitar. I said, "What's going to go on this track?" He said, "I don't know". I finished up playing with brushes, because the brushes and an acoustic guitar sounded great. When he sent me a copy of the record, six months later, he had bloody Rick Wakeman on it playing like a lunatic! It had all sorts of other stuff on it and it wasn't anything to do with what I played on at all. I never did that again!
