I think you are very quiet and remarkably generous when it comes to buying beers for your fellow forum posters.Er, see you Friday by the way.

Re: london progeney festival.....mostly autumn and the enid shine!
I went to Progeny and Mostly Autumn were great. I had heard some of their music before which had a more folky feel but all bands must progress. I purchased a Passengers cd, though it hasn,t been played yet. I don't understand why they have 7 bandmembers though. There was a guitarist lurking at the back of the stage and I really wondered why.
The lead guitar/singer did a good job.

The guy at the back is no slouch, either. He takes some of the solos, plays all the slide parts, adds acoustic guitar when the guy at the front is playing electric (and vice versa) and sings harmony vocals. He adds a lot to the sound but you might not have noticed how much because they were playing a cut-down set and maybe it didn't use his talents as much as usual.
