Re: Slaves and Masters leftovers
Would love a live album from the Slaves tour with clean and nice sound!

Re: Slaves and Masters leftovers
I have the Philly show. It's just "all right", and, in places, is just plain boring. Songs like "LCA" and "Truth Hurts" really drag the show down, as does JLT's between song chatter. Lord seems to be much more in the background.

Concrete god asked for something with clean and nice sound, not for some great performance. ;-)
I agree that there are weaks points, but I don't think it's bad from start to finish.

Re: Slaves and Masters leftovers
I know he asked for something with a clean sound. I was just voicing my opinion on the show.

Re: Slaves and Masters leftovers
I always liked what they did with Truth Hurts live...I could've done without LCA though.

Re:
I think people can get confused with S&M outtakes and the demos for the follow up that became TBRO.
As Roger related in a interview: "I recall the titles Just Don't Call It Love and Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is, Bad Business I don't. Vicious Circle of Friends was a great idea never brought to fruition, I have a demo somewhere. Little Miss Promiscuous may have turned into Lick It Up, not sure. Lost In The Machine became The Battle Rages On. Stroke of Midnight may have become One Man's Meat, again not too sure. Time To Kill was originally a song about turning on the radio and Lonely For You rings a vague bell."
