James Gang Live with Bolin...

I'm wondering if anyone has any information about this video I found on a bootleg DVD of mine. The coverart didn't even say that this would be in the DVD so when I first saw that included in the menu I was pretty amazed.

From what I could gather from the video alone, it's from Don Kirschner's Rock Concert, taken from a rather worn out VHS tape, but is still quite watchable/listenable. I'm not overly familiar with those songs but here's the setlist I came up with:

???
Devil
Red Light
Funk #49
???

Could anyone help with the full setlist, and possibly with information on when this gig happened? Thanks in advance.

Maybe I can help with some rather general info on when the gig happened. I'd say sometime in either 1973 (when ABC's "In Concert" became "Don Kirschner's In Concert", The original ABC's "In Concert" began airing in 1971 or 1972, I think...I do remember the very first show featured Alice Cooper & Jetro Tull, though!) when Bolin joined the James Gang or 1974, before Bolin left the James Gang that same year.
Of course, I could be wrong about all of this...I've become known for getting my years mixed up lately. emoticon

Walk Away,
Devil Is Singing Our Song
Ride The Wind
Funk 49
Standing In The Rain

Apparently shot early in the day,the guys were nursing some aching heads,or so the story goes. They shot the show in a converted warehouse I THINK,my memory could be faulty. It was broadcast in 1974.He was with them 73-74,and left sometime after July,as I saw them pre Miami with Tommy, but I think he'd left when they came back in September.

Thanks, I couldn't find any dates nor setlists with google and I'm pretty anal about having all the information about my bootlegs heh. I take it that the Kirschner show isn't included in any official release?

I don't think that it is.

For anybody that hasn't seen it you can stream it from the Tommy Bolin site.

http://www.tbolin.com/

The version on youtube is longer I think but it's very grainy. Then again so is my copy of this so it's better than nothing.
