could a 'download section' be something?
were ppl could post mp3 samples of live recordings, videos etc
could that have been something to add on this forum..?

well, maybe not so often, but i don't know about it in here. i'm a fresh member. but i've been a member of a Guns n' Roses forum for a while and there people often posts links of video, mp3's, bootleg CD covers etc...
but i don't know if that would have worked so well in here as it does there. just a suggestion

Are there no regulations on copyright, or distributing music on that site? It'a system that leaves itself open to abuse perhaps?

yes, no official media of any kind (audio & video)
but it's a lot more amatour video's and unofficial video's in the Guns n' Roses world than purple, though...
it's ok for RIAA if it's not officials
(they say... hehe)
