Live At The Basement

So, has anybody heard the new live album, yet? If yes, what do you think?

In a way I like it but 100 % it's not my cup of tea. Somebody mentioned it earlyier somewhere. The voice of Mr Barnes is not that much fitting especially by "When A Blind Man Cries", urm.
May be there is something with my ears, may be not emoticon.

It is well played and very bluesy. I like it, but I prefer the classic Jon Lord to be honest...

Need to get this one soon, kind of cheesed off that Amazon has it listed on a 4-6 weeks delivery (otherwise I would have bought it already).

I've ordered it at Amazon and after some weeks I got the information that they can't deliver it (same with the DVD). But according to the T2 website it seems that the problems between T2 and EMI are solved and EMI will publish the album in Europe...

Same here but Amazon UK are now advising release date for the DVD of April 2004.

I was so looking forward to seeing the maestro in close up action... emoticon

I also had my copy of the DVD cancelled by Amazon. I've reordered through z-roxx. It will be interesting to see if they can deliver!

Probably, from experience Amazon's useless with smaller, independent releases. Better off going with a specialist label like Z-Roxx, Loud 1, Destiny Records etc., ordered from all of these in the past and the service was always uniformly excellent.
