Oslo

I was blown away. the only concert I've been to that can match it was Springsteen this summer...

totally awesome. Uriah Hepp was very good to, and did a good job getting the audience going (btw - how fat is their drummer??? emoticon )

the only thing to complain about was the running time emoticon it was all over too soon

I still wish they had done Haunted - but doing it tonight was alright - by all means emoticon Gillan surprised me, and probably everyone else to, with a VERY powerfull voice, and loads of the great high pitched screams. top notch frontman - no doubt about it - and good humour in between the songs as well!

Don Airey was brilliant. I knew he was gonna be good (otherwise they'd found another keyboard player, wouldn't they emoticon ) - but not THAT good. excellent playing. great solo with snippets of Grieg (which the audience loved!) and a "shivers down the spine" intro to Perfect Strangers

Steve was, as expected, amazing. such amazing playing from that man. contact lost was beatiful - and the well dressed guitar is MIND BLOWING (the latter had Gillan standing behind him with the tambourine, getting ppl to raise their hands and clap along - which put a big grin on steve's face) dunno when he started doing that different intro, but keep doing it!!!

watching Ian Paice was a JOY. what a drummer!!! and Roger was rock solid

if any1 comes across a recording - please get in touch!!!

thanx guys for an amazing concert

Re: Oslo

i was at the show too.... thought about bringing a videocamera but they would have stopped me anyway...

awesome show!

and yeah, the drummer was fat... couldn't see the background ... anyway; i was dissapointed about Heep. i saw them some years ago with Status Quo and that was fantastic!

i saw Deep Purple in birmingham and london earlyer this year, and the setlist was much more shorter than it was in oslo 25.11...
AWESOME!!!!!!!
