Re: best concert DVD?

Not to mention,I have seen many worse Purple videos than King Of Dreams.
Although looking back,S&M doesn't hold up that well, most Purple fans should admit to getting off on it at the time of release, bigtime.
Check this blasphemous noise out,it's better than Naked Thunder to this day I would give it more play time,NT pissed me off,it's as bad for me as S&M is for many. emoticon

Yeah, well this is the part I don't get and it's what drives most of my comments. Everyone is so quick to diss S&M, but at the time, it was still the reality of another DP album and tour and I didn't see anyone booing at the show. Yet, the same folks are so quick to diss S&M, all the while saying just how glad they are that DP is still together. Without the S&M lineup continuing, there would be no DP today. Everyone, including myself is very hypocritical because we all want what's best for our own taste and satisfaction and I seem to be the only one willing to admit that it's all about Me Me Me and everything I say or suggest is for my benefit.

My sentiments precisely, but it's nice to have a nemisis here, even if I agree with alot of it,I don't often admit it.
This is one of the reasons I take very few shots at S&M,although I still think it's one of their weekest albums.
(thats it's only fault really)
(it's better than alot of albums I can think of by AOR and hairmetal bands at the time of release)
