Wow! Better than Maiden on the World Piece tour, that's quite a statement! Anyway, they were a good band. I discovered them with Samurai and the previous one because of the Uriah Heep connection.

I knew very little about them before the gig, apart from the "Keep On Believing" single. They just tore the Glasgow Apollo apart. The audience loved them. I noticed a couple of the Maiden guys watching them from one of the boxes - possibly a bit concerned that the support were going down too well! emoticon

Shame they split not long after. The albums don't really show off what a great live band they were, although Samurai is a pretty good album.
