according to this description, it would seem no work has been done on the mix.
I hope that's not the case, cause the sound on the "sounboard tapes" release is not worthy of a stand alone release

Let's hope but I wouldn't hold my breath for that.
Slightly different cover pic, though.

Re: Birmingham on CD now

still no samples anywhere, and release is not far away.
Very curious about this.

Eagle Rock usually put out high quality product, so I'll be surprised if they let a raw soundboard recording without a proper mix out on the market

Are we sure these are not just the soundboards?

Funny.

For the record, I was talking about production.
Also for the record, you cannot argue with the production on MIR. Very good work. One of too few concert blu rays where you can actually crank it way up and not become a victim of the loudness war

It's up on Spotify now. Worst release of all time from the DP family.

It's sad what RB is doing to his legacy. Not because of his playing per se but for letting this band and singer loose on the material.

Ok, but is it just the soundboards or actually produced this time?

And no, the worst Blackmore-related release cannot be this, as he just put out two songs were 3 members of the band were replaced by a programmed midi-track.
