posticon The Deep Purple Box Set 7 cassette box

Many years ago I bought a 7 cassette box set, imaginatively titled 'Deep Purple Box Set' which had 7 studio albums contained within it (In Rock through to Come Taste The Band) all on cassette. There was no cover information, or booklet provided. The catalogue number is TCDPB1.
The cover is cheap looking - brown with an orange drawing of a wooden packing crate/box with mock stickers of album titles plastered upon it. Very amateurish in appearance.
I cannot find this release listed anywhere on discographies anywhere or on the internet.
Can anyone confirm that this was a legitimate release, and tell me in what year it was issued?
Thanks.

Thanks for that. The catalogue number certainly suggests that this could be a version of the same release - but the cover is completely different. I'd send an image here but can't figure out how to insert an image from my laptop that has not been uploaded to the 'net!

There are many image hosting sites. For example ]tinypic.

Upload the image to the hosting site and you should be given a URL to use. Some hosting sites also provide "BB" code which can be used in forums like this.

You can then either copy and paste the BB code directly in to a post on this forum, or use the plain URL and click the Insert image button above the reply box and paste the URL when prompted.
