Just seen that on classic rock website john. May have been tempted to go had they not been put on the bill in the first place. Now having heard let it shine from the new album I'm not convinced I'm missing much. The sound effect on the bass was awful in my opinion. I'll stick with my plan of Ricky Warwick in Norwich the same night Glenn is in London. On the album front my priority will be graham bonnets album released on the same day.

LC have announced that they had to pull out of the Hughes tour due to an "unanticipated conflict". Coincidentally they have also just announced that they are supporting Alter Bridge on 10 European dates. A lot of unhappy LC fans on Facebook!

What a shame Living colour pulled out; I guess they'll have to pay a penalty of some sorts to do that at such short notice, but still they must think it's the right thing to do. Opening for Alter bridge? I can't see that audience really getting into LC material. Anyway, I'll still go and catch Glenn even though at a smaller venue.

I think there's more to a whole European tour being cancelled than were being told.
In London for example Hughes would play small venues like the old Astoria 2 rather than shepherd's bush.
You can't blame living colour having been given the chance to play to a larger younger audience.
I really wonder if it was poor ticket sales.
I'm sorry for those that were looking forward to going and will now miss out.
