I mean if the manager did something that Mariah Carey doesn't want or other stars you'll be fired. That's why managers becomes the fixers of problems. emoticon

And then... there are managers like Colonel Parker. emoticon

You still believe, your opinion is common sense? That makes it hard to discuss.

Excellent manager and powerful artists, then - no doubt.
Friedhelm, there are two alternatives here, really:

A - it was the band's decision (and then they are ungrateful old bitter men)
B - it was the manager deciding on his own about a period when he was not even their manager (and then the band is a bunch of gullible muppets)

...choose your poison, I'm already laughing.

oh and of course there is the Gillan claim that he invited Ritchie to perform ?? So then this must have been in defiance of his all powerful manager ? Maybe that's why Paicey swooped to steal the mic and save old Gallons getting in hot water with his boss ? emoticon cmon friedhelm your not that daft mate ? Are you?

Gillan is happy and thought that the media will ask about the upcoming new album and how great the current lineup is. He was about to explode but Paicey save the day. emoticon
