Whatever grudge Moody has with Coverdale extends back over 30 years. Yes, DC was a bit of a arse back then ... but I can guarantee you that Moody wasn't treated any worse than Bernie was or even Neil Murray. I think it's long since time for Micky to bury the hatchet.

Life is too short.

I agree. A great shame that Marsden, Moody and Murray couldn't turn up for a 20 minute classic Whitesnake section, keeping all sections of the audience happy!!!!

All drummers after Cozy were real bashers, meant for metal.
The Powell/Lord line up was ofcourse wonderful because we yet not had to endure generic guitarplayers.

1987 Sykes brought us a style that gave us several classics but from the start on it wasnt DC's style, me thinks.
Anyway, it was what made him rich so he chose to stay with it.

Actually/admittingly Cozy's style was already something I questioned after Paicey's style(although I think during Whitesnake and Gary Moore Paicey adopted a style which he took into the Reunion that totally lacked the wide range he employed around 1972-1975)
But Paicey , like Blackmore returned to his former self around 1990-1996
Without Paicey it aint Classic Whitesnake

They should arrange something because Paicey might be up for it.

DP are taking a break right now.

Would Gillan really stop it?
