Great news! Finally we’re able to see the lads live again. Too bad no Swedish dates though. However, as I’m 30 minutes from Copenhagen I’ll definitely be there. D, prepare yourself for yet another round of RB questions. emoticon

I bet he just can't wait, must be fascinating for him.Personally I'd change my gig schedule to avoid it !

One day maybe you'll let Doogie White be regarded as Doogie White, rather than the ex-Rainbow Singer Doogie White. It must piss-off Doogie White to know that he's really mainly/only of interest here to most because of what he knows about Ritchie Blackmore. He's a very talented singer and everyone should let him forget he was one of "Blackmore's Boys" and let him be his OWN man now. It was 10 + years ago after all, can't people move on.

What is yet to be revealed about Doogies time with Ritchie from 10 years ago, what is there to ask ........
Paul :"Tell me Doogie, 10 years ago did Ritchie really wear pink socks"
Doogie:" Well yes, Paul he did. Do you have anymore superbly inane questions of me ?"
Paul: "Yes Doogie absolutely 100's"
Doogie:" F*ck this is boring, why did I ever play with Ritchie Blackmore, if only I'd known this wuld happen"./.............

How about questions about What Doogie is doing Now and in the Future, rather than 10 years ago.

BTN - it would be nice if just once you could find something to say that isn't completely negative. I don't think Paul's comments warranted that kind of response. This is the Rainbow section you're posting in, so of course people are interested in Doogie's past. But there's many of us interested in his current and future plans too - read all the posts about prospective Cornerstone tour dates. Delve further back and you'll find posts overwhelmingly enthusiastic about Cornerstone albums.

I'm not a subscriber to the "everything in the garden's rosy - let's not say anything negative" camp that you seem to think everyone here belongs to, but you never seem to have anything positive so say about any subject. Sorry, that may not be entirely true - you did have some very interesting things to say on some technical guitar-related topics, but that's about all as far as I can remember.

It would be refreshing to hear you enthusing about something for a change.

Sigh! Blacker, this was meant as a joke (between Doogie and I). Nothing for you to be concerned about. Once again you fabricate and read into your own believes and thoughts. Don’t you have anything better to do? I’ve told you previously, I’m really concerned about your (mental)health. Contact a doctor immediately and stop harassing people on this forum. I bet the moderators have better things to do than deleting your messages.

Could you once try to stick to the topic!

BIg J: I'd agree many of my observations are from the negative side, although they are generally based on some reasonable premise and they never seem to fail to promote some from of discussion, which is what a Forum must be about. In this case you'd have to agree it must get tiresome for Doogie White to be constantly asked "What was ...with Ritchie".

You might also note I am extremely postive about Doogie White having the ability and talent to impress everyone here, if they give him a chance. He's the future of the Rainbow style of music, in my view, thanks both to his past and his current ability. I just think we shoudl pay more attention to where it's going rather then where it's been.

Anyone can visit their past anytime, but the future is less well defined.

I'm sure you're not actually entirely stupid although you try hard to be, so make sure you're aware of where a particular line is drawn and be sure you don't cross it.

Sorry EnglishRob. What should have been a non-contentious thread about tour dates has gone the same way as many other previous threads.

Locked.
