European Tour 2015

GLENN HUGHES, the legendary 'Voice of Rock', will be touring EUROPE in SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER 2015. The set which will showcase highlights from Glenn's colorful career: Trapeze, Deep Purple, Black Country Communion, California Breed along with his own Solo material.
"After being studio bound for the past few months and then touring with California Breed late last year, where I received the most incredible live audience reaction to my appearances while out with ALTER BRIDGE and SLASH, I felt it long overdue for a solo tour of my own. I'm looking forward to hitting the road with a brand new solo band and reaching out to as many fans as possible. It's a real pleasure for me to be coming back to perform live," says Hughes.
Support for the tour is JARED JAMES NICHOLS who recently released his debut EP, 'Old Glory & The Wild Revival'.

I think it will really depend on the set-list. We can already expect Burn or Stormbringer in their heavy-shredded version. Maybe the rest might sound a little bit like his work on stage with Bojfeldt and Larsson... Wonder what Aldrich will deliver in Bonamassa's shoes for BCC material..

Doug Aldrich (guitar)
Pontus Engborg (drums)
I agree it sounds a bit short to cover Burbn or Stormbringer...

He seems like a nice guy, very loyal, but no, I find him very generic. I've seen him with Dio and Whitesnake several times and never enjoyed his performances. I did like his work with Lion though. Hoekstra seems a much better fit for WS.
