Have you ever been to that place? Is that a club?

Genk is where I saw dP for the first time back in 85, but that was at the Limburghal-definitly not the same size.

Genk was also the first time I saw DP.

Zaal de Bret is a small venue. A couple of years back I saw Doogie and Demon's Eye there.

First taste. Not particulary original but still a good track.

Re: Don Airey "Keyed Up"

I've heard the album twice now, and it's a pretty good one.
I found the drums a bit burried in the mix, and the singer is not my favourite.
There's a lot of classical themes-more than usual on a Don album, but that's fine by me.

DTC features a short guitar solo, and more classical themes and orchestration than the Rainbow version. It's different and yet not that much.

The mini suite featuring Gary Moore is an interesting prog piece à la ELP. Gary Moore's playing is superb. I find the vocals on the first part particularly weak (almost sounds like a demo).

There's also a couple of rockers that are very welcome.

A good album, but not as impressive as the two previous ones.

Just 'browsed' through it so far. Drums slightly buried in the mix like you say and the singer makes things sound a bit dated unfortunately. Not overly convinced. Nice to hear Gary's playing again but sad at the same time.

Superb LP, DTC is a little different but very enjoyable! Apart from the keys, the guitar work is excellent, particularly on the first track, I found myself playing the solo back three or four times, even on first hearing, and Clare D’Loon.

The Gary tracks are interesting, the jig being one and of course Adagio, which of course Yngwie did and in my opinion much better. Still, it’s great to hear some unreleased Moore!

Anyone else attended Don´s current tour? IMO this band is getting better and better, I was really blown away in Prague - Still Got The Blues probably the best highlight.... And this time Child In Time really better than on previous tours! Nice stuff in merchandise - Infinite limited Don Airey Tour poster and.... some sort of semi-official bootleg - soundboard recording of 70 mins from previous Prague show from 2016 - nice to have recording from show where you were signed from full band. emoticon

Full set:
Assault Attack
Pictures Of Home
Shooting Star
I Surrender
Still Got The Blues
Desperado
The Way I Feel Inside
Lost Boys
Is This Love?
Child In Time
Difficult To Cure
All Night Long
